Tetrix has closed a $15 million Series A, co-led by White Star Capital and Innovation Endeavors.

‍

The story behind this announcement is just as meaningful as the funding itself. More than $100 billion in assets are now managed on Tetrix by institutional investors across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. That momentum is what brought us to this moment — and it's what this next chapter is built on.

‍

Why we built Tetrix

Private-market investing has a data problem the industry has mostly learned to live with. When a pension fund, endowment, or family office invests across dozens of fund managers, the data they need — valuations, cash flows, capital call schedules, underlying exposures — arrives as a stack of PDFs with no standard format. To do even basic portfolio analysis, someone has to manually pull numbers out of those documents and key them into a spreadsheet.

The result is that investment teams at some of the world's most sophisticated institutions are answering slow, backward-looking questions when they should be asking faster, more precise ones. Which managers are marking the same company at different valuations? What is my total exposure to a sector that just moved? What does my liquidity look like across the next three quarters?

Those aren't difficult questions. They just require data that's clean, current, and connected — and that's exactly what most allocators don't have.

The vision we've been working toward from day one: give private-market capital allocators the same speed, transparency, and intelligence that public-market investors take for granted. This round accelerates that.

‍

What this round makes possible

Over the next year, you'll see significant advancements across the platform:

AI-powered portfolio intelligence. Ask questions about exposure, performance, cash flows, and manager activity in natural language and get answers immediately — against your actual data, not a spreadsheet someone finished last week.

A reimagined due diligence experience. Intelligent document extraction, AI-assisted analysis, and structured cross-fund comparisons built specifically for how allocators evaluate managers. Less time organizing documents, more time forming a view.

Faster performance at every level. Near-instant analytics across even the largest portfolios, making complex analysis feel effortless.

Enterprise-grade collaboration and governance. More granular permissions, streamlined onboarding, and better support for multiple teams working together in Tetrix.

Deeper data transparency. Trace every number and reasoning back to its source — from documents to spreadsheets — with greater visibility and confidence.

Continued investment in security and compliance. SOC 2 Type II, VPAT, and the enterprise capabilities required by the world's most sophisticated allocators.

‍

What comes next

The version of Tetrix that exists today is not the version we set out to build — it's better, because it was shaped by the investment teams who use it every day. That will continue to be true.

This isn't a milestone just for Tetrix. It's a milestone for what becomes possible for the allocators we work with: entirely new ways to access information, evaluate opportunities, and make decisions with confidence.

If you're evaluating how to modernize portfolio monitoring, reporting, or due diligence, we'd welcome the opportunity to show you what we're building.
