Before building anything, our founders, Stanford and Harvard alumni with experience at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, sat down with more than 200 allocators and asked one question: how do you keep track of your private markets portfolio?

All of them described the same grind: spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and analysts spending half their week typing in numbers their fund managers already had.

So we built the first AI platform that reads every fund document, checks every number and shows where it came from. It gives allocators a single source of truth that's accurate, auditable and ready to use, and it gives their teams time back for the work that needs judgment: assessing managers, watching exposure and deciding where capital goes next.

In under two years, more than $150 billion has moved onto Tetrix, and work that took 15 days now takes 1.
